ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.

If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed promptly and typically arrive within 4-8 business days . Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural catastrophe.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass...), or accidents.
  • Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear - consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the life of the product).

DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

UMA offers a lifetime warranty on all its glasses, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including lens scratches, broken lenses, or damage caused by abuse or mistreatment.

Both warranties will be valid only when contacting Customer Service, indicating the defective product along with proof of purchase and a photo of the product.

*UMA reserves the right not to offer the warranty service free of charge if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible.
